The production
of the Hydrix bottle, since its aluminum body until its final
painting retouching is a pride obtained with very effort and
devolution of ours technician.
Process
of Production
1. Work of Aluminum
until the formation of the bottle, rank and treatment of the
thread in aluminum.
2. Laundering and burnishing of the bottleQuality Control:
at this moment the first quality control is made has asked
for the part.
3. Internal laundering of the bottle and collocation of the
internal varnish.Quality control: In an interval of 2 hours,
three bottles are taken for analysis in laboratory.This analysis
controls the tack of the varnish, the covering of aluminum
and the thickness of the varnish.
4. External painting of the bottle.
5. Application of the serigraphy.Quality Control: The bottle
is externally checked
6. Collocation of the cover, labels and packing.
Tips
of Use
Cleanness
Recommended to wash the Hydrix bottle with
water after uses it. However, in the case of use for longer
periods, the additional cleanness of the body of the bottle
with a brush is necessary. In case that it needs a deeper
cleanness, the cover can be disassembled. Leave to dry to
all the parts separately.
Use Precautions:
• Wash the Hydrix
Bottle well before the first use.
• Do not place in the freezer.
• Do not use in dishwasher or microwaves.
• Fill in the bottle, even in the maximum of 2 to 3
cm below the edge.
• After filling the bottle, makes sure of that the covers
are well closed.
• Soon after using the Hydrix Bottle, you must empty
it and wash it. It does not allow that remaining drink portions
to dry in the interior of the bottle.
• Protect it against shocks.
